Run a Shortcut from the keyboard.

To set up a hot key for an existing Shortcut:
  1. Right-click the Shortcut.
    The context menu appears.
  2. Click Properties.
    The Properties dialog box appears.
  3. Click the Shorcut tab.

    Go to Next or Previous Page



     



  4. Click the Shortcut key text box.
  5. Press a key to use as a hot key.

    If you have selected an F key it appears in the Shortcut key text box.
    Or,
    If you have selected a letter or number key, a key combination appears in the Shortcut key text box.

  6. Click OK.
To run the Shortcut, press the key or combination of keys previously displayed in the Shortcut key text box.
